Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Marriage Biodata Online (the "Platform"), you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and all other policies published on this Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use after any policy update constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nature of Service

Marriage Biodata Online is a self-service digital platform that enables users to create marriage biodata by entering their own information and selecting from available templates. The Platform generates a formatted output based solely on user-provided inputs. We do not independently verify, edit, validate, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any user-submitted information or the resulting output. The service is available in three downloadable plan formats: Image, PDF, and Word.

Pre-Payment Responsibility

Before initiating payment, users are solely responsible for: reviewing all entered biodata information for accuracy and completeness; previewing the generated output for correctness, formatting, and template appearance; selecting the appropriate download plan (Image, PDF, or Word); and ensuring the payment amount, plan, and personal details are correct. Once payment is made, the order is treated as final and confirmed. Claims arising from failure to review before payment will not be entertained.

Payment and Order Finality

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. Upon successful payment confirmation, delivery access for the purchased plan is enabled and the transaction is deemed complete and fulfilled. No changes to the selected plan, format, entered content, or template can be made after payment. No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once a transaction is processed. By proceeding to payment, the user explicitly acknowledges and accepts our no-refund policy.

Output and Template Disclaimer

The biodata output generated by the Platform is based entirely on the information provided by the user and the template selected. Final rendering may vary slightly across different browsers, devices, operating systems, PDF viewers, or Word processing applications. Such rendering differences do not constitute a defect in service and are not grounds for a refund or dispute. Users are advised to preview output before making payment.

Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not engage in scraping, automated data extraction, reverse engineering, template copying, commercial resale of generated outputs, or any unauthorized use of Platform content. Any such activity will result in immediate access termination and may attract legal action.

User Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all information, images, and content you submit through the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents for any content uploaded, including photographs of individuals. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or violates the rights of any third party. We bear no liability for any consequences arising from user-submitted content.

Support Scope and Process

Post-payment support is limited strictly to issues related to payment confirmation, access enablement, and file delivery. Support does not cover dissatisfaction with template design, font choices, content changes, or plan upgrades. All issues must be reported exclusively via our official support email, preferably within 1 hour of occurrence, along with complete details including payment/transaction ID, issue time, device, browser, and clear screenshot or screen recording evidence. Delayed or incomplete reports may result in rejection of the claim.

Support handling time ranges from 48 hours to 7 business days depending on issue complexity, verification requirements, and third-party dependencies. Immediate resolution is not guaranteed. For critical or non-reproducible issues, users may be required to cooperate through live troubleshooting or screen sharing. Refusal to cooperate or failure to provide required information may result in the support ticket being closed and related claims being declined.

Official Support Channel

The only accepted channel for formal support communication and legal notices is our official email address. Requests or complaints submitted through social media, public comments, messaging apps, or any third-party platform are not recognized as formal communications and do not create any obligation on us to respond or act.

Ticket and Case Closure

If a user fails to respond to a follow-up verification or cooperation request within 7 calendar days, the support ticket will be closed. Reopening may require fresh verification and a new submission. Closed tickets where no response was received do not create refund or credit eligibility.

Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party providers including Razorpay for payment processing and Google Analytics for usage analytics. We are not liable for any downtime, failure, delay, data breach, or error caused by these independent platforms. Users transacting through Razorpay are also subject to Razorpay's own terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or reputational losses, data loss, loss of opportunity, or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, regardless of cause - including but not limited to payment failures, rendering differences, third-party outages, user input errors, duplicate payments, or technical interruptions. Our total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Marriage Biodata Online, its owners, operators, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your submitted content, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or any dispute caused by your data or actions.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user's access to the Platform at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in cases of abuse, suspected fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violations, security risks, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users. No refund is owed upon termination due to policy violation.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet disruptions, payment gateway failures, natural disasters, government actions, or any other force majeure event.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India. Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the Platform.

Data Deletion Requests

Users may request server-side deletion of their data by emailing us from the order-linked contact. Deletion requests are subject to identity and order verification. We reserve the right to deny or delay deletion requests where records must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, active charge disputes, or reconciliation purposes.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, along with all policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marriage Biodata Online regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
