Strictly No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No cancellation and no refund will be provided under any circumstances once payment is successfully processed. By completing payment, you unconditionally agree to this policy.
Digital Product - Instant Delivery
Marriage Biodata Online provides instant digital delivery of biodata outputs in Image, PDF, or Word format. The service is rendered and access is enabled immediately upon payment confirmation. Because delivery is instantaneous and the digital product is consumed at the point of access, the transaction is deemed fully fulfilled the moment payment is successfully processed - regardless of whether the file was downloaded, opened, or used.
Preview Before Payment
The Platform provides a preview of the generated biodata before payment is required. Users are expected to carefully review the preview, verify all entered information, confirm the selected template, and ensure the plan type (Image, PDF, or Word) meets their requirements before proceeding to checkout. Payment implies satisfaction with the preview and the selected plan.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following situations are explicitly non-refundable and non-cancellable, without exception:
- Wrong plan selected (Image, PDF, or Word) by the user
- Change of mind after payment
- Dissatisfaction with template design or layout
- Spelling errors, incorrect details, or omissions in user-entered content
- Wrong photo or image uploaded by the user
- Duplicate or repeated payments due to multiple clicks, network delays, or accidental re-submission
- Non-usage of the purchased plan
- Output rendering differences across browsers, devices, or applications
- Failure to download within the access window
- User-side technical issues such as device incompatibility, browser restrictions, or internet failure
- Dissatisfaction with output after successful delivery
Plan Selection Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for selecting the correct plan before payment. Selecting the wrong plan format, misunderstanding plan features, or requesting a plan upgrade or swap after payment does not qualify for a refund, cancellation, or plan exchange.
Duplicate Payments
In the event of confirmed duplicate charges on the same order within the same session - verified by our system logs and payment gateway records - we may, at our sole discretion, credit or resolve the duplicate. This is not a refund entitlement and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Users must report suspected duplicates within 1 hour with transaction proof.
Service Issues - Support is the Remedy
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your purchased download (such as payment confirmed but access not enabled), contact support immediately. We will investigate and, where verified, restore or re-enable access. Support and access restoration is the sole and exclusive remedy for service issues. No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Issue Reporting Requirements
All payment, access, or delivery issues must be reported via email preferably within 1 hour of occurrence, with the following mandatory details: payment/transaction ID, full name, contact used during payment, issue description, time of occurrence, and clear screenshot or screen recording as evidence. Reports lacking sufficient information or submitted after an unreasonable delay may be declined.
Support Resolution Window
Support review and resolution may take between 48 hours and 7 business days, depending on technical complexity, verification requirements, and dependencies on payment gateways or external systems. This processing period does not create any refund eligibility. Delays in resolution due to external or third-party factors are not our liability.
Critical Issue Cooperation
For unresolved or critical technical issues, users may be required to cooperate by reproducing the issue, sharing screen, or providing additional technical details as requested. If a user refuses to cooperate or fails to provide required information, support scope will be considered exhausted and no further obligation - including any form of compensation or refund - will apply.
Incorrect Information Entered by User
We are not responsible for any output discrepancy, dissatisfaction, or loss arising from errors in user-entered content, including spelling mistakes, incorrect personal details, wrong phone number or email, incorrect image uploads, or mismatched format expectations. The Platform generates output as-is from submitted data, and no corrections, regenerations, or refunds are owed for user input errors.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing an unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent chargeback against a valid and fulfilled transaction will result in immediate termination of access, permanent blocking of the user from the Platform, and initiation of legal recovery proceedings. All transactions are logged and verifiable through our system records and Razorpay payment gateway data. Users are strongly advised to contact support before initiating any bank or payment dispute.
Support Before Dispute
Before filing any dispute, chargeback, or consumer complaint, users are required to contact our support team and provide a reasonable opportunity - minimum 7 business days - for issue resolution. Disputes filed without prior support contact may be contested using our transaction and delivery records.

By proceeding with payment on Marriage Biodata Online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy. All payment disputes will be evaluated against order logs, delivery records, and data maintained by our Platform and payment gateway.
