Marriage Biodata Online is a fully digital service. We do not offer, sell, or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, packaging fees, customs duties, or import taxes applicable to any transaction. All outputs and downloads are delivered electronically through your web browser on our Platform.

Instant Delivery Upon Payment

Upon successful payment confirmation, download access for your selected plan is typically enabled instantly and automatically. Delivery is considered complete at the moment payment is confirmed and access is enabled on the Platform - regardless of whether the file has been downloaded by the user. Users are advised to download their files immediately after access is enabled.

Delivery Method

All purchased outputs are delivered directly through your web browser on our Platform. Based on your selected paid plan, you can:

  • Image Plan: Download your biodata as a high-quality image file
  • PDF Plan: Download your biodata as a formatted PDF document
  • Word Plan: Download your biodata as an editable Microsoft Word (.docx) file

Access to your purchased format is enabled on the same page immediately after successful payment confirmation.

Download Access Window

Download access and server-stored records are maintained in accordance with our 30-day data retention policy. Users should download and securely save their biodata files promptly after purchase. Access to previously generated files beyond the retention window is not guaranteed, and we are not obligated to regenerate or re-deliver files after this period.

Technical Requirements for Access

To access and download your purchased biodata, you require:

  • A modern, up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • A stable internet connection
  • Cookies and JavaScript enabled in your browser
  • Sufficient device storage to save the downloaded file

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by the user's device limitations, browser restrictions, internet connectivity issues, or software incompatibilities.

Download Issues - Support Process

If you experience a technical issue preventing download or access after confirmed payment, contact our support team immediately - preferably within 1 hour of the issue occurring - with the following: payment/transaction ID, full name, contact used during payment, issue description, exact time of occurrence, and a clear screenshot or screen recording as evidence.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where verified, restore or re-enable access. Support is the sole remedy for delivery issues. Delays in reporting or incomplete information may reduce our ability to resolve the issue and may result in rejection of the claim.

Support Resolution Timeframe

Support handling time for delivery issues ranges from 48 hours to 7 business days, depending on technical complexity, verification requirements, and dependencies on third-party payment systems. This resolution window does not create any refund eligibility. Delays caused by external or payment gateway dependencies are not our liability.

Critical Incident Handling

For unresolved or complex technical delivery issues, users may be requested to assist the troubleshooting process through live verification, screen sharing, or step reproduction. Without the required cooperation from the user, we may be unable to complete investigation or resolution. In such cases, no further obligation - including any form of refund or compensation - applies.

Verification and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional identity or payment verification, or to temporarily hold or restrict access, in transactions flagged as suspicious, high-risk, or potentially abusive. Such measures are taken to protect the integrity of the Platform, payment systems, and genuine users. Legitimate users will not be adversely affected by these checks.

Legal Compliance

Delivery and access are subject to applicable law, successful payment verification, fraud checks, and compliance with our Terms & Conditions. We may delay, restrict, or deny delivery where required by law, security obligations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
